I bought this for my 7 year old daughter's birthday and she was so excited about the mini packs because we've never seen them before. The mini packs are cardboard or plastic containers that look like grocery store packaging. In ours, we got a mini plastic bag that looks like an onion bag, a cardboard cake box, and a plastic bubble bath container to name a few; inside each mini pack, there is a Shopkin. So you'll get 12 mini packs and 12 Shopkins.
My kid has quite the collection of Shopkins from all seasons, so it was a bit disappointing that all the Shopkins on the list are from old seasons. It would've been nice to have brand new characters instead of all old characters. The ones we got primarily were ones we didn't have, but we did get a few duplicate characters. The best part by far is the mini packs - you can reuse them over and over. She likes to pretend she's a youtuber who opens toys, so she's enjoying reusing the mini packs to "open" all her Shopkins. Overall. lots of fun for a Shopkins fan!

First was damaged, replaced quickly

Ordered this for a niece for Christmas as it was cute and good value. The first set came with a lot of cardboard boxes and one was bent and damaged in the package. The package was not damaged so I was surprised it 1) left the manufacturer 2) left the amazon warehouse. However, it was replaced quickly with another set with a better variety and no damage.
Just keep looking for that one you want.

I love all shopkins. Got almost full seasons from 1 to10. Have almost all of season 10, only need two now. This was such a great buy!!! I never even saw a real Kookie Cookie before I got one in the closed box at the bottom that hides the mini bag. Really. A Kooky Cookie right there in the blind bag. When I opened the cookies mini package, I thought I would get another Candy Cookie like the last three mini packs of cookies. Bam!!! Sure surprised me. Wow. Plus I bought the whole mini pack ensemble because it was half price....otherwise I would have never gotten a season 1 true Kookie Cookie. Now I only need 2 more to complete season 10. I am not doing 11. I spent too much money getting the couple thousand I have. I have to forget about the rest and finish getting the few I am missing from each season. That makes it collecting and not JUST shopping till I drop. I hope.

I bought these for my daughter. She is 10 years old now and still loves Shopkins. I must admit I love them as well. Each new set that comes out is more adorable than the last. This set did not disappoint. We got the "Donutties" family and they are adorable. It also came with the normal blind packs. These were super fun to open as some of them hadn't a bonus baby Shopkin in the package. I think my daughter wound up with 3 of the baby ones. We really enjoyed opening these together and am most likely going to order her another set of these hoping to get a different family. I would say that these are favorite Shopkins yet.
