This is a well built Cajon that I am sure will last decades. The snare toggle is a great design and makes this very versatile. I would have preferred a slightly deeper bass tone, but it still sounds great and there is a ton of play styles you can get out of this. I felt the price was just about perfect too for such a high quality instrument.

Great sound! Great seller! Not sure I would recommend this particular model box drum, however. I like the "idea" of the foot pedal for snare on/off, but for me it's not useful often enough to warrant the hassle of its ankle-biter location on the drum, not to mention the fact that it clearly will eventually chew its way through the gig bag I bought. (Just sayin'...)

The amount of different sounds that you can get its impressive. The pedal works, however you will have to pause anyways during performance to make the adjustment, is definitely faster and less awkward than with regular string Cajons, but not as smooth as advertised. Paired with schlagwerk Heck Stick and side kick kit.
