**UPDATE**
Company was great with my issue and replied very fast with a possible solution. FYI, if you split an Xbox One signal to another device (capture card for example) and then watch Netflix or Amazon Prime Video or other HDCP content, you need to do a full reboot of the Xbox to get the device working again as HDCP will not reset until you do.
Would love to give this 5 star. It worked great the first 3 days then stopped outputting to my Elgato HD60 S. I have tried multiple EDID settings and even tried dropping all output to 1080P but nothing is coming through now. If I plug directly into the Elgato then it works great but if I go through this Splitter then I get No Signal. I got this so I could play my Xbox One X on my 4k TV while streaming on the PC but I am now going to be looking for another solution instead.

Finally! If you have a X Box One X or PlayStation 4 pro get this Splitter! I bought a few splitters that let 4K through but not HDR 10 or non at all even though they said they did. As you can see from the pictures I got all the check marks even after the new update to the X box software. I did this to connect my x box one x to the tv for full 4K hdr video and connect the other HDMI to my a/v receiver for sound plus the Elgato connection. The Elgato HD 60s still gets audio and video even after the receiver so all my devices/consoles can get surround sound and be connected to the Elgato. Make sure you have HDMI 2.0 cables for the 4K connections.
