I have a 1999 Corvette & a 2001 Harley with stock sound systems. Decided to try the cassette adapter to increase my options. Adapter was delivered on Saturday and so far i am pleased with the performance. I then ordered a 2nd adapter which arrived on Tuesday morning.
Now I have options to listen to MP3 music on my phone or use my IHeart or my Sirius apps. On top of it, the audio of the Waze app at the same time is great. The GPS ability should be a big plus on the Harley. Have not tried the phone yet. The only down side that i found so far is you cannot connect 2 different bluetooth devices at the same time (an option that i had with a previous hands free set). Now to see if the units hold up to the test of time.

I didn't have high hopes for this product. I was prepared for the audio to be poor, the BT connection to be spotty, and for the device itself to be shoddily made. But I had no choice - I needed a Bluetooth cassette adapter and this one seemed worth a shot.
After a few weeks with the device, I'm pleasantly surprised! The connection is consistent and steady. The audio is perfectly fine considering it's a tape deck. And the device is robust and easy to use. I see that many people report clicks and other audio artifacts coming through the adapter, but I think most of these people are just hearing normal sounds from their tape decks. I highly recommend!

I bought this originally as a birthday present for a friend who felt a little deprived because her older model car didn't have Bluetooth. She was so excited, tried it out and loved it! So, I bought another one for myself and followed her simple instructions and boom! It works! I haven't tried this feature yet, but it allows you to take hands free calls while driving! Not sure how long the charge lasts, I got a low battery warning after about 3 hours. But, you can charge it while using it... a big plus!

I like this Bluetooth adapter. It works well as advertised. There are two reasons that I don't rate it 5-stars. (1) First is because the control head and microphone are attached to the cassette body via a very small thin wire. I'm concerned that over time this wire will fail. (2) The microphone is on the reverse side of the control head from the controls. If this assembly is dangling, then its very likely that the microphone is facing away from the person speaking. The result is low audio performance.
