I've purchased many travel pillows with no success. Just got this one and so far so good. It fits high enough that I don't have to flop my head to far to the side to feel supported. I can also tilt my head forward and feel comfortable and supported without being choked. It does look a bit like a neck brace because of its height but that's what make it comfortable. It stabilizes your head nicely and the soft sides feel nice on your face. I will update as soon as I take my first flight with it in a few weeks.

I used this pillow for my family cross country trip with my family. It gave me lots of support. I have also taken it on plane rides and It is small enough to not cause a space issue. Also, the travel bag has a clip system that makes it easier to carry around on my back pack.

I have about 10 travel pillows... and only about 2 are any good (I just keep trying). I was using the one that wraps around your neck like a scarf (Trtl). Works ok for a bit, then it bunches up, gets hot & doesnt work right. Fail. I fly A LOT and I can't sleep to save my life. It's a problem. Also, I have a long-ish slender neck & it seems most pillows are sized for men, and the foam ones are so hot... I can't stand to have them on. This one isn't bad - the open space with mesh really helps. I can cinch it up fairly snug & it isn't anywhere near as hot as the regular foam ones. I can lean my head back, to the side or even a bit forward and feel supported. It's not bullet proof (turbulence is going to wake you), but so far It's the best I've found. It wasn't cheap, but neither was buying 10 pillows.

This is the best neck support pillow I have ever tried. I have lots of neck problems, so I wear it when I am working at the computer. It is so comfortable, supports well and is ventilated. I highly recommend this pillow whether you are using it for working or sleeping!
