Well built, excellent customer service

I've had this monopod a few weeks and used it once, so here are my thoughts.

Monopod is well built, comapres to the quality of my Manfrotto tripod and my Benro swivel head. This is not the cheapest monopod on Amazon, but you get what you pay for.

The customer service dept was kind enough to ask me if I was happy with my purchase. Since I had had a minor issue with the tripod feet, they replied back within 30 minutes and offered to send me a replacement part at no charge. I didnt even need to send back the old part. It came in about 10 days and it solved my problem.

Very happy overall and would recommend to sports photographers that have limited space and need to keep their heavy equipment steady.
