I like this cause the flavor is non-descript..very neutral and clean. I generally consume the 300 mg cans of reign or c4..rockstar has less caffeine but with the silver ice I like to add mio energy flavor drops to kick up the caffeine more and add my own flavor choice.

Since I'm lactose intolerant, these drinks wake me up for at least 5-1/2 hours. I wouldn't recommend drinking them past 5:30pm or it will be a late night for that person
