I will like use these instead of trying to use my home made weight. I like the container the weights came in. Keeps everything tide and in place.
Glass weighs are good. Plastic storage containers are very poor

Very nice, a bit small but they fit most quart jars. I use wide mouth jats so was sure to have a leaf under for my Kim Chee to stay submerged.

Just what I was looking for. They came nicely packaged, the box is great for storing them in. Nice and heavy weights, I've already started fermenting with them.
