Slightly disappointed....

I'm a huge lemon lover in my water and was super excited about this find! No more constant lemon cutting. I'm a little disappointed in the taste, not quite a true lemon flavor in my opinion. It does do well with baking/cooking. I'll stick with True Lemon for my water though....
Tastes more like it was made from whole lemon with the juice ...

Unfortunately, bitter & not lemony-sour. Tastes more like it was made from whole lemon with the juice removed. Will have to try a different brand.

For what I paid for this. I should have gotten more in the package. I wont but again..simply because of the qty given. The flavor was fine. Package was half full. For $18.00 the bag @ least should have been 3/4 full.

This is my first experience with lemon powder and I like it. I used in my hot tea - good. I used in cream cheese cake frosting - good.

JUST OK. I WAS EXPECTING A MORE BRIGHT LEMON TASTE TO IT, BUT MAYBE IS ME. I LOVE ACIDIC FRUITS!! MY INTENTIONS WAS TO USE IT FOR MY HIMALAYAN SALT BUT IT IS TOO POWDERY AND VERY MILD LEMON FLAVOR.
