I've been taking this supplement for a little over a year, and I can say my blood pressure has permanently and consistently dropped like 25 points. Before this, I was always around the 158/110 area, and was about to have to go on BP medication, but I wanted to try natural remedies first. I will say that I made major changes to my diet and exercise as well. I got active and started eating healthier. I have also lost about 30 pounds. So I can't attribute all of the benefit to this supplement, but I'm sure that without it I wouldn't have such dramatic change to my numbers. I am now consistently at around 137/88.
