I take these capsules not so much for weight loss (that hasn't happened, but my eating habits don't help & these are not a magic bullet) but for blood sugar regulation and hopefully lower cholesterol levels. They smell like ACV but since I take them with other things & swallow (no dissolving them in the mouth for this person-gack), there is no taste. They are easy to swallow, at least with the coffee I drink with them. IMO, they are not thick - about the same size as a liquigel ibuprofen. I have no problem taking them and several other supplements at the same time with a swallow of coffee (usually) or water (sometimes).
Hated the taste of liquid apple cider vinegar--LOVE TAKING THE PILLS!

I absolutely could not stand the taste of apple cider vinegar even diluted. I also did not like that it can cause harm to your teeth and esophagus. So I decided to try the pill form. I have read that Apple Cider vinegar can treat several different ailments. I bought it in hopes that it would help me with my kidney stone. I have been taking the pills for one month now, but it doesn't seem like it is doing anything to the kidney stone. The pills are actually helping me in a different way that I wasn't expecting. I have had a hiatal hernia for 12 years now and have always needed to take Tums to alleviate the heartburn. After only one week of taking these pills my heartburn was gone. I haven't eaten any Tums in 3 weeks now. It's awesome. Even if it doesn't help my kidney stone in the long run, I will still buy these pills due to how much they help me with heartburn.

I personally can not take them due to allergy I found out, but I still feel a very good product for anyone not allergic. the mfg. took care of issuing a refund promptly so service was very good. A refund policy is only good if it is honored and it was. They will update correct web address on bottle to make it easy to access I am told.
