Perfect TV Lamp

Love my new lamp!
Background: I like a light on my side of our dual-recliner, but the reflection and glare bouncing off the TV bothers my husband because he can't see the picture through it. I can see the picture fine because the the angle doesn't put glare on my side of the tv.
Moving forward to now: I found this lamp and it's perfect. I've got it pointing at the ceiling, angled very slightly away from us, on it's dimmest setting with the warmest light. With this setup it dimly highlights my side of the room, giving me just enough light on my so I can see my table, but there is no glare on the tv at all, even when the tv is turned off and totally black.
Couldn't have found a better solution.

At first I couldn't find the remote - they stack it inside a tear in the styrofoam which is used as shipping package filler.

While this looks a little ungainly, it provides a lot of light and is adjustable for white light, yellow light, and brightness. The neck is long enough to allow the lamp to sit on the floor and still light the desk or puzzle without taking up tabletop space.

It works well and is adjustable in both position and lighting. But, there is low power setting that's very useful for reading in bed, and you can only activate it with the remote. You can't do it from the controls on the stalk of the light. This is disappointing.
