It is okay. It doesn't mess with your blood sugar as much as regular pasta but it still does have an impact. I just can't get over the texture. It doesn't taste or feel like food. It honestly tastes and feels like plastic. If you are looking at this to be a replacement for pasta, look elsewhere. This stuff is really weird.

My first purchase of konjac noodles and with all the mixed reviews on every brand I sure didn't have high hopes. Well I was wrong. These are great. Open the bag, dump into metal strainer and rinse with hot water for 2 minutes. That's it. Hot and ready to serve. I liked the texture better than real pasta, a little chewy, but not bad. Took on the flavor of the sauce and was the first "pasta" I have served or eaten in three months. I came back to order more

I have been eating and loving Magic Noodles for over a year now but all of a sudden Amazon does not have them. They are essential to my weight watchers/diabetic diet plan. Based on the other reviews I tried the Well Lean ones and I really like them -- even cold. These noodles have to be rinsed but they rinse rather quickly and are not slimy and do not have an odor like some other Shirataki noodles. They not rubbery either which I must admit Magic Noddles slightly are. Today I made a mock macaroni salad with them and it was delicious!

I was nervous because of the warnings about the smell of other noodles like these but not to worry. This brand does not smell. It takes the flavor of whatever you are serving it with. The texture is "spongy" but not in a bad way. Reminded me of the rice noodles that come in spring rolls. I like them and am thrilled to have a 30 calorie bag of noodles!!!

If you're looking for a way to cut down on carbs this is the answer! It's great for anyone who's diabetic or pre-diabetic as well. Not only are the noodles tasty but they don't have that fishy smells that a lot of these low carb noodles have. It's great for vegans and vegetarians who are trying to add a variety of veggies to their diet but also keep that noodle texture in the meal. These noodles is so versatile too -- it goes great in Asian stir fries AND Italian pastas! 10/10 would recommend!!
