I bout this amp awhile ago and never had an issue with it powering my single 15 resilient sounds I have since gotten a new vehicle the 15 would not fit in so I got two 12's and took the amp from the laying down position to mounted horizontally and my amp smoked so I took it apart to see exactly what was damaged and found a chunk of wire left behind and arced across my heat syncs very disappointed this amp was one of the best amps I've ever used and I don't understand why the position change would have caused this I will send pics upon request
