I bought this for my 18 month old daughter it does run slightly bigger I didn't mind because she grows so fast I don't want her to grow out of it in the middle of winter. It's lined with flease, I just don't like that it's a puffy coat and she can't wear it in her car seat so I have to take it off her when she gets in and out.
The snow pants are pretty big on her so I'm sure those will last a really long time but she won't really be wearing them on a daily basis any ways so it's ok for me that they are big

Fits great. There's still room to grow for another year or so and it still fits just fine for this year. My 1yr old is about 20lbs or so and has been kept nice and warm through all of these little winter storms. The only negative thing I'll say is that the gold cheetah print has started to wear and fade in some spots where it's rubbed regularly.
