My son loves these blocks! They aren't as smooth as some other plank blocks we've used BUT great quality for the amount you get at this price point. We've played with them multiple times a day since Christmas even w all the other new stuff to compete with! Great addition to your toy collection at home or in a classroom.

These plank blocks are simple yet so inspiring for my littles' imaginations! The sleek and smooth design feels good in your hands and the natural wood is beautiful. My twin 6 year old boys and even my 3 year old girl, are entertained for over an hour creating, and using their army men and mini farm animals to activate their creations. Highly recommend if you want to keep your kids busy while encouraging creative play...and I must admit I enjoy building with them too! The travel bags arenan added bonus!

My kids played with something similar at a friend's house and I can't find that product. They begged me to find it and this was very close. I bought 2 sets and probably need 3 more. They love playing with them. The wood is smooth. It's a quiet activity and they enjoy creating little buildings. 100 isn't a lot of pieces, you probably need at least 2 sets.

These are a great alternative to the name brand Keva planks. Kids and adults of all ages can use these for brain building open ended play. As a teacher and parent I'd recommend these any day! I do suggest buying more than a 100 plank set to build many projects that are listed in their instruction booklet or for any Rube Goldberg structures.
