A way better option for a mouthpiece for lifters

The mouthpiece feels a bit weird for anyone who is used to wearing a classic one but you will adapt quickly. It allows for ease of breathing when you really hammer hard on the weights. It came with a hard case with vents which is really handy. Overall, I like the product.
The reasons why I did not give it 5 stars is that the instructions for molding it are very specific but after already molding my mouthpiece, I stumbled across a video about the product with Eddie Hall trying it out. They did his forming a bit different by having him press on his cheeks while biting down to better form it to his teeth. I think that may have helped with the molding process. The 2nd reason is that my mouthpiece seems to have small particles coming off of it. The cause could be me or how the mouthpiece was created. Either way, it is a minor complaint.

These will not make you incredibly more powerful when you put them in your mouth. I work out twice a day training for amateur body building events, I also have a tendency to clench my teeth or bite my tongue when lifting wo I figured these would be an easy win. They are great for biting down and getting some extra oomph on the last few reps. But if your benching 275 you wont hit 315 the next day with these. If your hitting 275 for 5-8 reps, these will help you stay in form the last few and hit the weight for 8 more consistently. All in all I would recommend them, I have a moderate gag reflex and these can trigger it at times given how big they are but that's just me. Will buy again when my current pair gets worn down. Subtracted one star for extravagant claims

Definitely the most comfortable mouthpiece that I have used for strength training but it doesn't give you more of an advantage than any other $3.00 mouthpiece out there. I have found that using a mouthpiece during strength training helps me with my head position and overall posture for sure but no crazy jumps in strength. I realize that this is a new and innovative spin on the basic mouthpiece but I can't see it costing more than $20"¦.$40 is a stretch.

Been looking for a good weight lifting mouthpiece for a while now. If 4x world strongest man Brian Shaw uses this it has to hold up. And it's easy to breath and drink water with out making you look to much like a weirdo.
