Amazing!!!Please bring back. It’s been out of stock!

I am obsessed with this. Give me the feeling of pasta. I love fresh out of the can with some EVOO, avocado and grated Parmesan with a little sea salt and pepper. Soooo good! My kids loved this with marinara. It does say you can soak in milk for 40 minutes to help get rid of flavor to make more mild, but honestly it wasn't overpowering for me, but I like healthy food!
Do not waste your money on this expensive product

Seriously, they are passing this off as a pasta substitute? Not only is it nothing like pasta, it's terrible and ridiculously priced. Wish I could get my money back, but unfortunately it's down the garbage disposal.
Fun to try, but I won’t buy again.

Mine got lost in the mail, so I waited 3 weeks and contacted them and they promptly sent a replacement.

The price is very high, but we all knew that when we ordered. We saw it on TV and wanted to try it, so it's not fair to lower their rating because it's expensive

If you don't like hearts of palm, then don't get it. It definitely tastes like hearts of palm, which I happen to love. That being said, it's not worth the price for me. I'm not so into pasta that not eating pasta while I'm doing a low carb diet is that big of a deal. I didn't try soaking it in milk as they suggested because, again, I like the taste of hearts of palm, so I can't comment as to whether that works.

For people wondering about the texture, I think it's a lot like think cut bamboo shoots in Chinese cooking, but with the hearts of palm flavor.

So all in all, it was fun to try it. It's a quality product. But at the current price I don't find it worth buying again.
Lectin free pasta.

I have been looking for a pasta substitute (lectin free diet). I am not a huge fan of shirataki noodles. My local stores don't carry almond based pasta. I made a nice red pasta sauce (strained tomatoes, organic mushrooms & spices, TJ grass fed beef). Rinsed the noodles and added to my sauce. I did not boil the noodles, only warmed them up in the sauce. It was quite good and the sauce was strong enough to "diminish" the taste of hearts of palm. Cost high but I will buy the six pack now. I am going to experiment with a spiralizer and try broccoli, etc. I don't eat pasta often, but this definitely satisfied my desire. I will probably have more often now. I tried with both white sauce and oil/butter with pesto. By the way Trader Joe's has a great recipe for pesto on back of Arugula - pine nuts the best. The noodles tasted strongly like hearts of palm. I didn't rinse the noodles, so I will try again. Maybe need to make flavoring stronger. The back of the can recommends soaking in your choice of milk for 45 minutes, then rinse again - something else to try. The red sauce was very acceptable. One can made 2 servings. I heard about this on the website lectinfreemama.com. I highly recommend this site.
Love!!

I couldn't wait to try these. I made chicken fettuccine with them. I boiled the noodles for 10 min as instructed, (I will actually boil them closer to 15 min next time). Prior to cooking they have a crunchy texture, similar to shredded carrots or shredded apples, they soften with cooking and take on the flavor of the sauce. I have tried 4 different low carb pastas!! These are by far the best! I am placing another order now. I only bought one can at first just in case I didn't like them. I am going to purchase the pack this time!
