I wanted to see what was stealing the bird suet at night so this was my choice due to price and reviews here. It did show the two racoon that were the culprits and helped me build a successful baffle to stop them. The camera works well enough although it seems a have a little delay since the subject had to be directly in front of camera a second or two before camera began. The night vision works well although a little narrow in width. Daylight missed some activity with in a 30 range that I tested and also lagged a little time wise (subject would be almost out of frame)and picture a little grainy.
Overall its ok and for the cost it is worth it and a little time on youtube will get you up and working in no time.

I never expected the photos to be so clear, even on foggy mornings I was still able to capture Clara photos. I would never be able to capture photos of the wild animals by sitting in the woods.

This trail camera really impressed me. I followed the quick start guide and got it up and running in no time. I was a little worried about trying a digital product from an unknown brand, but this is high quality and full of neat features. What I like is that it shoots well in low light and no light. It has so many ways to customize the settings so you can get exactly the kinds of photos or videos you want, from time-lapse to just capturing movement in range. All I needed was my own SD card and batteries. It can also take an AC adapter that's not included in the package, instead of batteries. It took me a minute to find out where the batteries should go, but there is a little lever you push and the lid to the battery compartment opens. After installing the batteries, I put in my SD card, and turned the camera on to testing mode, where I can customize all the features. I first formatted my SD card in the menu. Then I played around with all the settings, but ultimately chose to go with the default settings. This makes the camera shoot in intervals of 30 seconds, without a time lapse. After getting the settings configured, I put it in "on" mode and secured the camera to a tree in my backyard with the strap, to see if I could record some birds eating birdseed. It worked on the first try, and I was quite pleased. Then I brought the camera inside in low dusk light to capture my cat running around. It is a good quality recording. My cat triggered the camera to start recording.
When I went to picture mode (instead of video mode), the photos that it captures include interesting data on the bottom of the snapshot, including a symbol for nighttime, the temperature in both F and C, and the date and time stamp. (Please excuse the incorrect date and time on my photos/videos, because I forgot to change that setting). The camera can also be in photo + video mode, where it takes a few photos and then records a video when motion is detected.
In addition to the strap to secure the camera, you can also mount it using the included hardware. This would be very useful as a security camera because it automatically starts recording when a person comes in range of the sensor. The camera can be locked closed with a padlock to prevent theft, too.
After the images are captured, I easily previewed them on the device itself (in testing mode). To transfer the images elsewhere, I just took out the SD card and put it in my laptop. There is a USB cord that can also be used to transfer images. So, transferring images is really easy.
All in all, I am impressed and happy with this purchase. I like to capture wildlife, but I also like to take time-lapse videos of flowers blooming or just seeing what goes on overnight. My husband wants to use it as a security camera, and it would make a really good one too.

This camera delivers in all categories. We bought this camera to use in home surveillance and liked the product so much. This camera gives us clear, focused photos of both humans and animals at night as well as day. The picture quality, detection, quality of design are amazing. Daytime pictures have been very impressive. Bright color, good clarity and plenty of depth whether the camera was placed in bright sunlight or heavy timber. The details are crisp, sharp. We appreciate the setting options that allow us to determine so many options.

All in all, we like everything about this sturdy unit and how it has provided us with clear, concise proof of unwanted visitors and we also get incredible game photos. Great affordable value and super fast delivery make this a winning combination. 

Only downside was we had to purchase power cord because it was being use all day and night. Because it does need 8 (AA) battery to run on. It wasn't ideal for us not to purchase power cord. But for hunt don't think it's to much of a big deal.

I would still recommend this camera for hunting or surveillance. Because of the great quality of pictures and videos.

My main goal when I bought this camera was for fun....I don't hunt but I have a nice backyard in my property that receives all kind of wildlife.....some of them during the day but majority has night habits. Either way if you don't have a camera when you sight an animal the chances that you still can get a picture or video after you go get it, is very low.

So for that purpose I decided to take a shot on this Victure Trail Camera and overall I'm pretty happy. I was not able to use it a lot yet, but did some tests and the results are very good. One thing that I found so cool was that you can play around the camera setup and enable to stamp some information on each picture, like date, time AND CURRENT TEMPERATURE....that was really nice to me!!

The only downside to me is the fact it uses 8 batteries (AA). You have the option to buy a power cord and plug it in the wall, so you don't need batteries, but out in the woods that option is not an option.....lol....anyway for the few times I used the camera, I can recommend the product.

I'd give 5 stars if camera had a built-in battery, but that is not a big deal (if the batteries last for a while! - I'll update the review when I figure out that).
