It worked well.
Smooth, easy to use with Arduino

I didn't need 20, but it would be harder to imagine better quality parts. My daughter and I used this on Arduino projects, breadboarding permanent pieces, e.g. control for RGB LED lighting that used, at one point or another, digital reading of potentiometers and PWM output as well as trying 5V thru potentiometers to LEDs.
Precise, good quality potentiomenters

I normally use 10k potentiometers as a standard value in my projects so this kit works perfect for me. The quality of the knobs and the potentiometers its really good I would recommend this product for applications in electronic projects.
Great value, zero problems

I've used 8 of them so far without issue. The knobs are nicely machined and the movement is smooth. I do not need them to be super accurate so for my purposes, they are perfect. If you want some inexpensive but nice looking pots for your Arduino projects, these are it.
Great for tinkering

These are pretty accurate. You'll find a few that are off by just a bit but not enough to make a huge difference. I'm using these in a potentiometer/rotary encoder control synth made from a Raspberry Pi. The shafts are a little short but I was able to secure them in some holes I drilled in a plastic project box without much trouble at all. The knobs feel and look good. They're plastic but feel metal at times. I like these better than other 10k pots I've bought on Amazon like the ones with yellow knobs. I feel they're a bit expensive and the accuracy is sometimes off by a little which is why I'm giving this 4 stars instead of 5.
