These work very well for me on my glasses. I've tried the hook shaped ones, and found them to be very uncomfortable. The hooks dig into the back of my ears and get very irritating very quickly. The rounded doughnut shape of these is much more comfortable, and they seem very effective at keeping my glasses from slipping too much. Should note that my glasses still slip a little, but I have very thick lenses so my glasses are fairly heavy. Those with more moderate prescriptions and lighter glasses will have better results. Also, as the oils from your skin build up on your frames these grips will start to slide around a bit, so you do have to take them off and clean them and the frames every now and then.
Glasses stay up ALL the time!

Love this product! I gave a lot of them away to the resident care givers here at the Senior Living Center called The Peaks here in Flagstaff, AZ. They were especially appreciative of the fact that while giving the resident their showers, the steam could not cause them to slide down anymore!
