I was told about this product almost 2 years ago by another dog owner. I just now decided to buy it for my Chow Chow mix. I told her to open the package to get her treat well when she was done pretending to open it she found the tablet and had a little difficulty at first because it was new to her but she ate it anyways. I will use this product if it truly helps her out which I need it too work for her.

This product does work, but be sure to give it some time. After the first 3 weeks of use, I noticed that my dog had less plaque on his teeth. My dog had the worst build-up of hard plaque and tartar and red gums, but now has healthy pink gums and his build-up has decreased by 80% at least. As it says on Amazon, these tablets make the tartar build-up easier to scrape off, but eventually it falls off on its own.
Then after 2 more weeks, I was able to get close to my dog' face without smelling bad odor coming from his mouth. It felt like a breath of fresh air (no pun intended) from the usual experience when I would get close to my dog's face. This product was really easy to use and I didn't have to do any tricks to get my dog to take it.
The product's price is very reasonable considering the amount of money we were spending before. I love the convenience of this product and will be ordering more of it when I run out, which I don't think will be for months. I highly recommend it!

Our dog was rescued from terrible conditions. His teeth were so bad that dental supplements were a regular and frequent issue. I was brushing his teeth every day and giving him dental chews, however he still needed cleanings. Searching online for a way to make his lives easier, to say nothing of mine, I found this gem of a product.
We have now gone a long time without any need for cleanings on our dog. He gets these tablets with his food every morning. His breath improved within days and the improvement in his dental health was almost instantaneous. Truly serious improvement. Even my cats like it, though I know this is not for cats. And anyway, as my cats have never needed dental chews and the dogs always did, the focus is on the dogs.
I cannot recommend this product more. And now, even my vet does it. Nutrition Strength has never let me down with any of their supplements and they did deliver with this one too. It may take a half or two a day to see a difference but to give your dog his clean teeth and healthy gums back and not even have to brush?! That's quite enough for me!
