Initially disappointed with the customer service but okay now

I had this for a while now, since 2020 to be precise.
Recently, my remote stopped working and I contacted their customer support - it's ridiculous how long they take to respond to your emails, at the end of the day, after they respond, they are just unhelpful. Now i'm stuck with a bad remote, and an adjustable bed that doesn't work. There's no way to get a replacement remote, all options you find are from hungry sellers who'd sell one for over $120, when I did eventually get one, the pairing instructions don't work for the new remote. Hence stuck with a bad old remote, useless bed frame, and useless new remote. Thanks Lucid, well done

I did finally hear from them, a couple emails back and forth, and I have a new remote which paired successfully instantly (this time around).. I wonder why the remote I bought elsewhere didn't work but the one I received from customer care worked. Going to upgrade my rating to 4 stars. Overall, I'm happy with eventual outcome, just didn't like how it took forever.
Learned a few things in this process,
1. Obviously the bed is good, I've been using it for a while
2. The remotes are scarce. So don't lose yours.
3. If you do lose your remote, not all remotes that look alike are going to work😒 even if it's the same serial/model no.
4. There's an app for the bed, but it doesn't work unless you have a Bluetooth module, but the Bluetooth module doesn't work unless your remote is functional, so once again, don't lose your remote.

I absolutely love everything about this! It was so easy to put together (however I needed my son's help to carry and flip it over). I love that I can raise my legs and head to zero gravity position and sleep. The light on the remote does go out pretty quickly but not a deal breaker. I should have bought one of these sooner. Do yourself a favor and get an adjustable bed.

I love everything about this, wish I had invested in 1 of these yrs ago! However didn't pay close enough attention 2 how heavy it is. Was darn near impossible 2 setup by myself. Do not attempt alone! Works gr8 tho, affordable & convenient. Def durable. Although 2 complaints...1, need a way 2 tuck the ac adapter up into the bottom so it's out of sight somehow, & 2, it could use a longer cord! I do also wish there was a way 2 reduce the height. Include shorter legs, or make it an option in the future. I'm short & I have 2 almost jump 2get into bed, def a reach!
