This brush works well but my hair is thick so it does not save much on time as compared to a regular hair straightener as I had hoped. It is also easy to hit your hand on the warm areas if you are trying to work your way through thicker hair but otherwise, easy to use. I do think this would work really well for normal to thin hair and it is a perfect option for my daughter's hair who I feel less comfortable using a straightening iron with. Overall, would recommend!

Heats up really fast. I have long thick hair and this is a lot easier and faster for me to use. Does not straighten my hair as straight as a flat iron straightener but I am pleased with it. The other thing that slightly bugs me is the buttons are in a spot where I easily push the buttons as I straighten my hair.

I have thick frizzy hair that's hard to manage. Using a traditional straightener takes so long I give up. It feels more like I'm just heating up my hair (and damaging it, making even MORE frizzy). This straightens my hair quickly and in less than half the time.
My hair isn't glossy after but it's not poofy anymore, and with my bleach and dye damaged hair that's really all I can ask for. The instructions do say to only use on dry hair which was a disappointment, other brands can be used on damp hair but this is still a good product and works really well. I'd give it 4.5 stars if I could, only because of the dry hair only thing. I'm still really happy with my purchase and use it a lot.
