This stuff works great in our older dishwasher which you wheel to the sink then hook the hose to the sink. We used to use the detergent tablets but the switch to this was a good one. It cleans very well and we very rarely have a dish that doesn't get clean (which can be attributed to sub optimal stacking in the dishwasher). No complaints. Have ordered this before. Happy happy.

I do not know what bloody happened to this recent order. When it arrived it was in 3 or 4 bags and as you can see it was quite the mess. I am unsure who is at fault but at least it was bagged up. The containers seemed less then full and when you squeeze them with the cap on they both wheeze so there is definately damage to them. After a good rise in the sink they cleaned up okay but I am keeping a eye on them.

Amazon, take note of these pictures (since I couldn't send them to you via customer service chat) lol. This isn't enough to discourage me from purchasing again from this seller in the future.

The pods we're leaving half of them still not resolved. A worker told me to use liquid so I tried it & all the liquid washed out empty & dishes washed out squeaky clean.

I've used this Cascade dishwasher soap for a long, long time! I don 't "wash dishes thorouhly" before putting them in the dishwasher. I just rinse them off first. And this Cascade takes over then & cleans my dishes til they gleam!!!! I do have a dull matte finish on my glassware unless I put finish in the dishwasher.
