A little bit harder to swallow. They are a lot bigger than anticipated compared to the vitamin a I get as well as the other liquid tablets D3. They are quite big. I did bite into one. It did have a fish taste to it, which I was a little surprised, because vitamin E does not supposed to have a fishy taste to it. I would expect it from a vitamin a or an omega, but not from vitamin E.

I love the actual product. I like to cut the tip of a capsule and use half of the contents on my face to help keep my skin hydrated and it works amazingly. My only complaint is that although it wasn't overly warm outside when I received the product, nearly all of the capsules are clumped together. I don't know if it's the coating or what, but in order to remove any from the container I have to dig them out with a butter knife.
