Really great scale! It plugs in to charge, so no need to change batteries all the time! It connects to my phone and my apple health on my iPhone as well. It tells you all the things you do not really want to know, however it is definitely a motivator to exercise more and watch your app to see your changes take effect. I have been looking for one of these at a better cost and this one has more options than most. I am happy!
