I got two sets of the AOSHIKE 5V 30mA solar panels 53mmx30mm (10 pieces) for a elementary school classroom STEM project. All 20 of the panels I received were functional, and without unbroken solder connections at the leads. As is common for solar panels, the voltage is dependent on light intensity. You can use these in series, or in parallel, but it would be a good idea to put a diode in, to restrict backflow. A maximum of 30mA isn't a lot, so be reasonable in your expectations for this. The STEM project was basically to have the solar panel drive a single T-case LED (which it can do)... beyond that, you will need to use more than one panel.
