Well, if you thought there was nothing more to say about these amazing handcuffs, you were wrong! When I got these handcuffs, I really was impressed! But little did I know I'd be putting them on someone right after pulling them out of the package! And that someone wasn't the crazy meth addict I choke slammed to the floor at the hospital she was trying to rob, I used them on my wife! Sylvia was fast asleep, taking a nap after watching our 7 children. I carefully restrained her to the bed, duct taped a key to her toe, and left a note saying, meet me in the hot tub when you can uncuff yourself 😉 needless to say, I had the house basically all to myself! And that's not all! My son Jimmy took them to school and used them on his friends! It was hilarious because he didn't bring a key with him! Oh well! Looks like we're gonna have to enroll him in a new school again!

I love these cuffs. I work in Public Safety. These cuffs have a lot of amazing features. One there is a flat spot on the outside of the cuff that makes it easier to slap them on in a hurry. The action is so smooth it takes almost no energy to hit them in the wrist lock in to place so smooth. the edges and all beveled so there are no sharp edges that can dig in to the prisoners wrist leading to a review and help eliminate the ground for the same complaint. The double lock works two ways first it the typical back of the cuff key and slide the lock over, or you can just put the key in and turn counter clock wise and its double locked and good to go. When it's time to change cuffs or let them out. you don't have to go counter clockwise first the clock wise to unlock them. Its all one fluid motion clockwise. The lock and double lock can also be accessed from either side of the cuff.

As far as weight goes the steel ones are a little bigger that regular cuff's so they do feel a little bulky and heavier a normal steel cuff but I feel like this slight difference is made up for in handling they just feel easier to use with one hand.

The lock features we already have gone over and that is five stars from me all day.

Durability is another 5 stars from me they hold up to anything I throw at them. if the lock breaks down they have a very easy lock replacement kit the changes them out easy.

Sense I have gotten these cuffs a lot of officers in my department have made the switch over to them.
