My 2 year old has issues eating and was very behind in height and weight, more so weight. She looked sickly. She was in the bottom 2% for weight. You could see every bone. She started drinking 2- 3 cups (with d milk or coconut milk) a day in late February. I didn't realise that one bag would only last a week so it's a hefty commitment on the pocket book. It is now the first part of April so I'd say roughly 2 months later she has gained 4 lbs. and a half inch! She looks great! This stuff is truly amazing! I tasted it and it taste like melted vanilla icecream. I want to drink it too! So good!

I'm a 15-year-old girl and I'm trying out this protein shake powder to help me grow taller, and I really can't say much on how effective it is at the moment especially since I've just gotten this order today, but I have high hopes for this product to possibly help give me a boost and add a few inches during a growth spurt, maybe even give me a growth spurt. I ordered the vanilla flavor and it tastes great! Definitely ordering again and trying out the chocolate flavor too. Really great way to get a boost of protein and nutrient, I even sneaked some of the mix in the muffins I was baking and it was great. I heard that they're coming out with a new mix for teens soon maybe in the summer this year, would love for them to add more flavors like strawberry and other kinds. This product gave my nephew the worst diarrhea I've ever seen him have. I forgot to turn off the subscription and now I can't return the last bag I just received. Definitely not worth over $30. I bought my nephew gummies instead. No issues and he actually enjoys the flavor. He Hated the powder.

I've often found that nutritional supplements for kids taste bad, smell bad or are gritty. Not so with Healthy Height! It's easy to blend into a smoothie and adds taste. I couldn't say that it has added height, but it definitely hasn't hurt and I feel confident that this is an easy way to supplement an existing diet focused on gaining weight and height in an 11 year old born as a very small preemie! We have been using it for almost a year.
I'm glad the packaging changed from plastic tubs to more minimal plastic packaging (although I was collecting the tubs for a cub scout-project!!). But would kindly ask that the Healthy Height people find a way to not bury the scoop half-way down! Otherwise do recommend (and have done so already) it to others!
