I'm addicted! I've been using this grass ( before from the sellers website) for several years . I'm a 47 year old mom of six, healthy and I can honestly say this is prob the one thing in my diet I cannot do without! I get puffy eyed ( it happens to us we age smh) and my body ( including my brain) do not work right if I go too many days without it! Hate running out. I start my morning off w several cubes and if I happened to eat wrong the day before it literally flushed me out and I'm back to normal within hours. I try to do a cleanse monthly abd use this grass while doing it- keeps me balanced. It's my fountain of life, health and beauty- Plus it taste great. I used to do fresh grass shots at health food store ( pain in the butt to do my own at home- storing the flats of grass and getting the machine out) abd would leave work every day to go get a 2-4 oz shot on my lunch- be- cause I love what it did for me but it always made me nauseous abd I had to psych myself up"¦ this, does not have that overload of mold ( which is why you feel nauseous after a shot that's been sitting in a shallow flat.) flash frozen is better than fresh, flash frozen better than powder. Your breath is sweeter, your skin will glow within a few weeks, fluffy body will slim down ( seriously- I'm thinner so if I do too much I lose too much weight. So balance for your body type. ) and you just feel it all over . Minerals needed will absorb, your other nutrients react better.

I'm a big Amazon user, especially for health and fitness products and supplements, and practically never review but felt compelled to here, because I hope this product continues to have success. I have been trying out a few different fresh wheatgrass providers, as well as dry-frozen wheatgrass powder, and thought I would try On Target Living Wheatgrass Juice. When it first arrived, I was a little skeptical if only because the packaging looked like it might be hard to open to use the frozen wheatgrass cubes. I cut it open and the smell of freshness was potent. It was immediately apparent to me the process they use must preserve a great deal of the freshness of the juice otherwise it would not have that fresh grassy aroma. Initially, I mixed the cubes with other juices I have as I thought it might be tastier and I thought the combined taste was delicious. My immediate reaction was an overall rush of a feeling of health and well-being "“ like Superman sticking out your chest, feeling good. After a few days, as with other wheatgrass juices and products I have tried, I noticed it had a beneficial effect on my sleep quality. I usually sleep around four to six hours a night (when I really should get eight hours) and usually I'm sluggish in the morning but, since adding wheatgrass to my routine, I have noticed I feel energized and ready-to-go in mornings even when I get this kind of limited sleep. I also noticed I tend to get hungry a few hours after taking it, slightly hungrier than usual. I attribute this to the supposed detoxifying effects of wheatgrass. (The feeling I felt and subsequent hunger was very similar to the feeling you might get from toxin release from a good long massage or yoga session where you do a lot of spinal twists. I've read about it and believe the detoxifying effects of wheatgrass start to abate after you have taken it for a while because your system is cleaner and I have noticed this occurring.) After drinking this wheatgrass for a few days with other juices, I got up the nerve to try it straight-up, because I thought it smells so fresh that it must be good. I have tried other wheatgrass shots before at Jamba Juice more than ten years ago and this was a totally different experience and better taste. (I remember you kind of had to choke those down back then). This juice tastes fresh and delicious straight-up, although I still tend to mix it with other juices because it helps the frozen cubes melt faster to drink. One other effect that I did not expect and have not really read anything about but that I attribute to adding wheatgrass to my routine is I felt a significant sense of newfound mental clarity and non-reactiveness. It felt to me in some ways like the concept folks often mention in connection with yoga and meditation about achieving a sense of space between the event and your reaction to it. I seem to have a slightly calmer, less reactive, and more thoughtful view on what is happening around me (but significant enough for me to notice it). I plan to reorder this wheatgrass juice for the long-term. One note on the packaging"”it is not the best if you want it so that you can tear off individual cubes, keeping the individual cubes sealed so you can take each one with you. I cut off of the top of cube bag and dumped them into plastic ziplock sandwich bags so I could take them to the office. So, it is not the most portable packaging on its own (although you can do those type of easy workarounds), but I would say this is a small down-side "“ I'm not sure but I think they have chosen this type of packaging because it helps with their freezing and freshness-preserving process. In term of the packaging in connection with delivery, the plastic sheets of wheatgrass came still well-frozen in a foam box with ice packs and it was very easy to unpack them and stick them in the freezer.
