Easy to use kale supplement

You need very little of this powder to get a hefty serving of kale. I absolutely love having it available. I find it palatable on its own mixed with water or mixed into a smoothie with fruit, etc. It is definitely the best organic kale supplement, as far as price per pound, I have seen on the market. I no longer have to keep fresh kale on hand for smoothies and I can have more kale daily because this is easier to digest.

During these times of produce shortages and inflation, my local supermarket charges $1.50 for a "bunch" of four wilted kale leaves. I am doing a green juice fast and use up a lot of greens. This product will keep you going when you can't find reasonably priced fresh greens. The flavor is not as good as fresh; however, I only use half a teaspoon of this with half a teaspoon of the spinach from the same company. The combo takes away some of the strong smell. Make sure you use just enough hot water to dissolve and let it cool. If you do that with your cup of coffee in the morning, let it cool, and put it in the fridge it will be ready for a juicing session in a few hours. If you mix celery, cucumber, green apple, ginger, and lemon juice with it the taste is mild.

Included scoop is helpful for appropriate measure of the specific product, but absolutely no reason to wrap in plastic, it wastes time , powder that's trapped inside the plastic bag with the scoop & no more sterile than a scoop by itself. I've complained about this before because I do use several of their products, all with the aggravating bagged scoop & always some of the powder inside the plastic bag.
