Amazing fit and quality

I'm still in shock how nice this helmet is. Let me explain... Previously I had been using the Schwinn helmet. I wanted a teal helmet to match my bike, so I was about to re-order another like I already had. I saw the Basecamp helmet and liked the profile a bit more, and even though it was a tad more expensive, I took a chance.
The shell is a nice quality matte finish and the overall helmet is well shaped and doesn't look like a cheap Walmart helm. The straps are padded and thick. The padding is removable! The blinking light on the back is nice to have in addition to my bike mounted light. The fit was superb and the "action" on the click adjustment felt sturdy and not cheap like the Schwinn. Finally, the magnetic lens. Wow. I honestly thought I was going to toss it aside but man.... it fits my face perfectly (doesn't hit my nose) and offers wonderful wind protection AND is really clear to see through! I'm hoping they sell clear ones too which would eliminate the need for me to carry glasses around. The magnets really hold the lens tight as I shot down some local gravel trails.

The Safety Triangle Light (red) is a superb safety feature that allows vehicles behind me, to notice me, and they politely move over a few feet from my Bicycle, while on the street; helmet is firm and fits firmly; the Sun-screen face magnetic attachment..blocks sun bright rays exceptionally well. This is a great value all around.

It fits well and looks good. I love the removable Sun shield. It came with a nice carry bag. I haven't ridden my bike after dark, so I haven't used the light on the back of the helmet.
