I bought this a few months ago and have never had an electric toothbrush. I should have bought one sooner as it takes less effort to brush. I turn it on and let the toothbrush do the work. Even though there are several settings I only really need the whiten setting the rest are just variations of it. This cleans the spaces in between my teeth so well, I really don't need to floss. My teeth feel cleaner and I have less plaque. The charge seems to last a few weeks before I noticed diminished power. The brush heads are soft which is a huge plus for me.

A lot of people are asking about the free replacement heads which they offer. I did contact their customer support at mueller direct through email in March 2019 and they were happy to send me some. They did tell me that they were back ordered until May when I finally got mine in the mail. I just had to be a little patient.

In addition to this toothbrush they also make an instapot which I use daily and is also a great product. Just look up mueller pressure cooker on Amazon. I got it on a great lightening deal one day. This is a great company.

Firstly, want to say don't normally do 5 star anything. But this Sonic tooth brush is just the bee's knees. I wasn't looking for nor did I need an electric tooth brush, but for the price and the mood that I was in I bought it. I AM SO HAPPY I DID! So far this is the best electronic tooth brush I have EVER had! And, I have had a boat load of them throughout my life. I have a ton of dental work due to medicine giving to me a child. Therefore, I have very sensitive teeth on top of a bunch of crowns and bridges. It's super hard to clean in those tiny nooks and crevasses. I had no idea how much I was missing until the Sonic 5. It has all these cool cleaning modes and even one that gradually gets your teeth use to the "Sonic" vibrations. The brush itself is sleek, (pic coming soon) not taking up much space at all. The most compacted base/charging station I've ever had. And, the material that the brush is made from is very nice to hold without being heavy and seems durable. Plus, there is a timer feature which is neat. I have never brushed my teeth for so long or as much. I am telling everyone about my newest purchase, because it is totally worth every penny!

I purchased this product for myself, my wife, and our three children. We absolutely love this toothbrush, but the drawback is that replacement heads are never available.

I also called the phone number (888-632-9981) on the Mueller direct website and received no response back. I've submitted a question as to the availability of the replacement heads on their website as well as sent an email directly to [email protected] I have yet to receive a response from any of the three methods of contact.

If I could have just got some replacement heads this would have been a 5-star rating.

**Update**
I finally received a callback and was sent 5 replacement heads (1 for each toothbrush) under warranty and was told that the replacement heads would again be available purchase very soon. A few days after my free replacements arrived in the mail I saw that they were indeed available for purchase in a four-pack. 1 star now becomes 4.

I am really glad I purchased this. I gave it a full charge as soon as I received it. I gave 4 stars re: battery as it's only been 3 days.Update battery is still doing great. Really cleans teeth and gums.I highly recommend this product and mueller is a wonderful company that assisted me regarding toothbrush heads. I don't use Facebook but was helped via phone. Don't pass up this product and for the older reviews disregard them because they are OUTDATED and there are replacements!!
UPDATE AUGUST 15/20 for the people who seem to have complaints regarding changing the type of cleaning it's rather easy turn it on remember what # clean/ polish etc after turning it on simply push button to the one you want. Also if you are pushing too hard it will stop for a sec until you Don't apply pressure let the brush do that.Please everyone reading old reviews try reading the recent ones before making any decisions because it's a good product and as it Is well worth it. YES you can get replacements brushes thru mueller. They respond ASAP

This rechargeable electric toothbrush is slim and compact compared to others I have used but seems to clean my teeth as well as the larger, noisier machine it has replaced. In addition, compared to my previous toothbrush, this one is very easy to keep dry and clean. There are no crevices and places where toothpaste becomes lodged. The manual claims that the rechargeable battery lasts up to three weeks. I have not verified this claim but if true, the toothbrush is ideal for travel because the charging base can remain at home.
The shipping box contains a offer for two replacement brush heads and a hyperlink internet address. The hyperlink does not work and the main Mueller website does not list the toothbrush among its product list. Furthermore the Amazon website states that the replacement heads are not available so how one gets replacement heads and how much they cost is unknown. I contacted the seller KN Direct - Amazon Marketplace and they said to send them the review and they will send me the replacement heads. Hopefully they will also tell me how to get replacements in the future.
