we received our printer (which was very simple to set up and use) but it just wouldn't print right. I called the customer service department and they were extremely friendly and spent time with me to help trouble shoot. After trying a few different things we still couldn't get it to work so they replaced the printer and had a huge order due very soon. They worked with me to get it delivered in time for the huge cookie order. The 2nd printer works perfectly and prints amazing quality. highly recommend this printer and company!. i will continue to order their products. thank you icinginks!!!

It took a bit for me to figure out. I had a problem with the paper snatching it from the back paper feeder for photo cake. But I held the edges with my finger tips as a guide. I managed to figure it out. Printed a Mickey mouse as you see in the picture. And place it on fondant. Excited about using it again. Want to download to a computer for more options. Right now I am just printing from my phone. Color red was what I was looking for. So I covered over that with a small piece of fondant on the picture once assembled. The red looked more burgundy in color.

I like this printer. It was easy to install and get setup. I bought the printer so that I can make my own edible icing images. It just took me a couple of time to figure out how to place the icing sheets in the printer, but it's really easy. once I figured out the placement. I was glad that it came with icing sheets and the cleaner kit. I was able to print an edible image on the first day of setup. I am extremely happy that I don't have to continue to drive across town to purchase an individual edible image and I am now able to print my own at any time I need it at a much lower cost to me than purchasing individual images. This was a good purchase for me and I'm happy with my selection of this printer.

I used it to make an edible image for a cake. It prints well, and was very easy to operate. It came with frosting sheets, I used those. I'm now curious how it'll work with other edible paper. The only criticism I have is that the package doesn't come with a USB printer cable. Luckily, I already had one. You can, also, connect it to WiFi, and print from a smart device. I would definitely recommend this product to friends. I only gave it 4 stars because the cable wasn't supplied.

Proves- it's pretty easy to use I love that I can scan and the price is good for the value
Cons- I wish it had come with a cord to attach to my computer but I already had one. It seems to go through the ink quickly but I might be doing something wrong. The print quality can be hit or miss but I suspect I'm doing something wrong.
Overall I'm pleased and it's saved me a lot of time!
