OMG it works!

My boyfriend has sleep apnea. Can't sleep on his back because of it. He's been miserable. This device allows him to sleep on his back without issue! It's extremely easy to fit. The box didn't come with instructions but I pulled up online the instructions as well as a video showing how to fit the device. We did have trouble figuring out how to adjust the device but ended up just removing the top piece from the bottom piece and just snapping them back into place at another setting. Pretty easy. So, it doesn't actually slide forward but we just snapped it off and back on. He says it does make his jaw a little snore and it's not entirely comfortable but he said it's worth it to be able to sleep on his back. He's been using it for less than a week - for reference.
Best Device for me so far with design and price.

Exactly like the more expensive brand I used for 2 years. Easy to fit, more protection for my teeth than the extremely expensive hard device which broken my teeth. Helps if you are a clencher as well as a snorer. I use dental wax in the lower tray to help get a better grip and keep my lower jaw extended. This device-type helps with my chronic sinus issues as well; an open airway with jaw extended allows more air flow thru my nose. Without these adjustable devices, I'd be in a world of hurt. This is my 3rd year using these types of bruxism devices.
Resolved my obstructive sleep apnea!

I've suffered for it a long time. 'Tried 3 different kinds of CPAP machines, unsuccessfully. Tried a custom made Mandibular Advancement Device (MAD). That did help, but did not fully resolve it, nor did it fit comfortably. Lost weight. That also helped, but did not completely resolve. Finally saw my doctor again to ask about a surgical option, and he suggested another MAD. The wait to have one made was 3 months, so I tried this just to get me by until the custom made one was ready. Well, the results are so positive that I'm going to save myself $2000 and forget the custom one.
It's great sleeping until its time to get up, having normal dreams, and not fighting sleep at work.
A caveat: Don't do this without seeing a sleep specialist. There are a number of other conditions that this can't treat, that can only be determined by a professional sleep study. Also, MADs are only effective for mild to moderate apnea, and a sleep study is the only way you'll know how severe yours is.
The only suggestion for improvement: the numbers showing the amount of advancement are very hard to read. But, that's not a big deal, as you don't adjust once you have the right setting.

Good.

My wife says it works great! Of course no mouthpiece will just stop snoring completely, but this for sure cuts down on how loud my snoring is throughout the night. I've had a number of anti-snore mouthpieces in my time, and this one is definitely comparable to the name brand expensive ones. My only complaint with this mouthpiece is that the top and bottom pop apart too easily when trying to size it. Instead of pushing and sliding, the one I have simply comes apart. I'm going to get a backup mouthpiece to see if maybe mine is flawed in a way, but it stays together and doesn't shift out of place while I sleep, so it works just fine for its intended purpose. Happy wife = happy life.
Good deal. (with one suggestion for improvement)

For the $ this is a great deal.
It is not quite as effective IMHO as the Snore RX product it is similar to... but that one goes for $70-$80, and this is fundamentally the same device.
For people with smaller mouths, this might even be as good or better than the former product, but for me, the slimming down of the product (especially the lower depth of the upper teeth "tray") means that it is possible to have your teeth come out if your mouth hangs open. It is also possible that the lower jaw will then cease to be pushed forward and negate the benefit. Though, to be fair, even when the top teeth come out of their groove, it generally still works to keep the lower jaw forward.
I would increase the depth of the upper tray by a little bit, but I must say this is certainly money well spent if you snore. Getting deep and restful sleep is incredibly important.
