I am so excited to report that this color worked amazing; exactly what I was looking for after way to many disappointments with professional hair stylists. If they wouldn't give me the color I wanted, I decided to do it myself. Great gray coverage. I will definitely be using again. Not sure how it will hold up after a few washes but if it changes I'll update review.

While I expected it to come out a lil more darker and richer, I do love the color! My hair was a level 10 before coloring!
