This movie is not only funny. It has some valuable life lessons in it. For children, watching this would be good for any oldest child who resented the arrival of a sibling. All the feelings that a child goes through of being displaced by the new baby are on display, as well as a resolution to that problem. For parents, it is a reminder to not focus on one child to the expense of the others. But for people who focus too much on their job, they might see themselves in boss baby. It is a wonderful spoof on the preoccupations of the businessman. So this would be good for any adult who thinks only of their work life and career and is missing LIFE. You probably wouldn't be able to get this last category of adults to watch this movie unless you tied them to a chair in front of it. But it would be good for them if you could.

While the movie and story are ok, the 3D effects alone is enough to grab this on blu ray. I am grabbing as many of these older 3D releases as I can before you won't even be able to buy a 3D blu ray any more. The price I paid for a new sealed copy was really good. If you're looking for a movie in 3D that has objects leaving the screen, this one is nice to add to your 3D collection.

Great movie for adults and kids!

OMG!!! Make sure you go and pee before you watch this movie and do not drink anything you don't want to come out of your nose. This baby is just a hoot! If you ever wondered where you came from in a fantasy kinda way, well here ya go. Personally, I knew my sister was different, LOL!
Seriously, you are just going to love the baby in this story, he is just the funniest and coolest kid in the world, you will want one just like him for a little brother... or maybe not . When he first arrives in the taxi with his little suit on and a brief case that was when I knew I was going to buy the movie and yup, as soon as it was over I did just that.
If you are empty ''nesters be sure to bring your grown up kids home to watch this one you are all going to get a kick out of it.
