Bought this to haul my wife's mobility scooter. It was a bit cumbersome to install. It would help to have an adjustable stop for positioning in the hitch receiver since we don't leave it on there all the time. Also, I had to supply my own hitch pin as it did not come with one. Also, the stick on reflectors do not stick well and have already fallen off.

The instructions for assembly were terrible. The pictures weren't very clear in regard to pieces and placement. There was no itemized list that most product provide. There is no reference to a manufacture web site or number to call with questions. It's a decent product, but I expect more from even the most basic products I order online. Especially contact information. I responded to someone else who didn't even get the poor instructions.
