I really like the feel of it in my eye. It feels soft after I put in a drop. I have a cataract in one eye and hope it will get better enough, so as not to have surgery. I also have dry eyes, due to Sjorgen's syndrome. I read people having problems getting the drops out. The top did not puncture enough so i opened it a little more with a thick needle. Disinfecting needle before using. I wrote this review after being asked by the company.
All in all, I am happy with it so far. If it does not make my cataract better it is great fro dry eyes.

The eye drops come with detailed instructions. They are also manufactured in the USA, not China, which gives me more confidence. The drops feel cool, soothing and lubricating. Time will tell if they're effective in preventing cataracts.
