I suffered damage in the brain nerve branch that supplies the tongue. This causes a difficult time eating enough regular food due to off flavors and textures and I am unable to eat more than a very small amount and variety of food daily. This is the only protein shake I will buy from now on. It is absolutely phenomenal. I've been using it for about a week and a half and am seeing increased gains. It is indeed time released and keeps me from feeling hungry for at least 6 hours after consuming and that's through the entire workout! It tastes awesome too- kind of like really good chocolate milk with no graininess or weird after taste. It mixes easily in a shaker with no need to blend it but you could if you wanted. I absolutely love this stuff and will be ordering other flavors to try!

I got chocolate peanut butter for my husband and banana cream for myself. I've had it with milk and with just water and it tastes great either way. When in the mood for the more chocolaty taste I drink my husband's. We're excited to try the vanilla next!

Mint chocolate flavor is decent in water and delicious in milk. Makes for a great dessert. Mixes easily when shaken. Been feeling more energetic since I started drinking it and I'm guessing that's because I'm getting enough protein now. Highly recommend.

Isolate is the best form of whey but most protein powders made today contain artificial sweeteners, specifically sucralose which is not good for you.
I've been a follower of the Jocko Podcast for a whole and heard about this protein. It's surprisingly affordable compared to other brands and it has clean ingredients. Even no sucralose.
The taste and texture are great. I mix mine in milk and the chocolate flavor is delicious. It taste like a chocolate milkshake.
The banana is my second favorite flavor. The strawberry and vanilla are OK.
It even contains digestive enzymes and probiotics to help with digestion.
