I have used this on several shoots now and it has preformed beautifuly.
Using sync cord is not optimal as you have no adjustment control of the four flashes.

This is functional if you need 4 speed lights on one modifier. I however noticed the sync cable input to be very sensitive and when the cable was bumped or touched the flashes would fire. Not a big deal for me as I ended up using 4 triggers so I could change setting with out having to lower the light stand and change four speed lights each time. It seems sturdy, I used it outdoors with a 47" umbrella and had no issues.
