This case was bought for my nephew who is small for his age. It was great because it was so light weight. It had an outside pocket for his book and a spot in side for his chin rest, tuner and resin all fit in one of the inside compartments. I was a little worried about how light it really is on the construction side but so far so good no problems.

For the price the violin case is very nice and provides the protection needed for the violin. The only thing that came out was the hygrometer from its position. Other than that you cannot beat the case for the price.

This case is a lighter weight but did not fit my violin. There was space that allowed my violin to wiggle even when secured on the neck. The spaces for the shoulder rest were too little to fit the rest.
