This was supposed to be plug and play, however it was not. It sucks. I opened it plugged it in to my iPhone6s and nothing. Tried again and again and nothing. So I googled the app that goes with it and I copied the photos and videos but it would just show like it was downloading all of the pictures and videos but it would not actually copy anything. Of 320 pictures it would literally only download 4 of them. Tried everything and it just did not work.
