I would give 10 stars! My neice looks so cute and she loves the cap too. She's only 2.5 yrs old and has been using swimmies which give her freedom to go about on her own as she is very independent. We just didn't feel safe as they could come off and she could sink (of course she is never unattended). With the swimsuit she SHED the swimmies and goes about freely as happy as can be. She is upright and does fall forward as I read in other swimsuit reviews. She LOVES the swimsuit and freedom. I think she will be swimming on her own soon. Even so in the future when she is at a lake or beach I will feel much safer that she has the floating suit. So pleased! Small price for peace of mind and such a happy little girl. Thank you!
