This doesn't feel like the strongest product but it is sturdy and I don't worry about breaking the echo dot. It also doesn't block both plugs on the outlet which is great. I'd say it's biggest downfall is that it's design is to be right on the outlet, so it loses its usefulness in most rooms since outlets are low on the wall. I have mine plugged in an outlet about 14" high and it still works but has a harder time hearing me. If you have a Dot in a room with sockets high on the walls this is a great addition, otherwise it can really vary by the room.
