Update: I was sent new hooks by the manufacturer immediately, free of charge. Happy with the product; not sure what happened with the glue the first time.
I LOVE this concept and the hook is strong! So easy to install. My issue is the glue. I installed a hook in the morning I received the product. The glue was a little hard to squeeze, but it was fine. In the evening, I attempted to install the remaining 3 hooks, but all three tubes of unopened, sealed glue were solid and impossible to squeeze or use. I even tried to cut open the tubes. It was a no-go. The product was in my temperature-controlled bathroom for its lifetime at my home to o have no idea how or why this happened.

Perfect for ceramic tile

I was looking for a hook that would stick to ceramic tile and would hold the weight of a hefty bath towel. This met all of my needs perfectly. Hook come with adhesive strips on the back and additional adhesive in a tube. Peel off the protective covering on the strips, squeeze a little liquid adhesive on too and hold in place for 2 minutes. Let it cure for an hour and you would swear it had anchor bolts holding it in place.

These are nice heavy duty hooks. They have 2 self sticking strips on the back along with what I believe is glue in a tube for each one. The glue is not in English and there are no instructions so I only used the strips to adhere these to my ceramic tile. Until I know what the glue is it's not going on my wall. I don't understand selling things in the US without including English instructions and descriptions along with the item.
