Bought this for my first international solo trip. I wanted something trendy and versatile for travel and work.This backpack can pack a lot, very spacious inside. I experimented how waterproof it is by putting paper inside then put the bag under running water from the faucet. The exterior definitely got wet but kept the paper inside dry. I like the side and front pockets and the zipper on the back for quick access. I just wish that the top handles were a little longer to ge able to put them through my forearm and wish the inside had cushion lining/separate compartment for laptops so I can use for work. But overall, a good and trendy travel backpack. Will be my go-to carry-on bag for sure.

As a diaper bag I wish it had more internal pockets, however I love this bag. Great color too. I didn't realize when you unzip the bag it is a hard wire top that allows the bag to open wide. Almost everything inside is easy to find because you have great access to it. It stands up when you put it down, bonus! I use this even when the kids are not with me. I hated the one that goes over just one shoulder, it always swung off when I bent down, this one is more versatile and sturdy.

Worked fine until the plastic pice that secured the backpack strap to the bag broke. Lasted 5 months. Otherwise the bag works fine, zippers are smooth, wide opening is fantastic, gold tone zippers and hardware did not look cheap. I would recommend others try it. I will try to find a replacement plastic piece to attach the backpack strap as the bag was very useful before the strap broke. I have attached a picture of the black plastic piece that is intact on one side of the back pack and the two straps side by side where the black plastic piece is missing on the other side.
5/20/18 Update: Vendor issued full refund. I was able to jury-rig a connection with parachute buckle and paracord from a local craft store. Works ok now. I would give this product another chance.

I am doing a lot of walking to and from places I need to go and needed a sturdy, comfortable backpack.

PROS:
*Large opening that is reinforced to stay open, as opposed to typical backpacks that close in on themselves when if you dont manually hold it open.

*Interior is a beige color, making it easy to see inside. There are also a couple interior pockets that I use for my cell phone and coin purse

*The adjustable straps are comfortable, and the top handles are nice when just wanting to carry it.

*Large, yet not bulky. Holds everything I need to take with me, including binders, notebooks, Kindle, etc. Outer zippered pocket surprisingly holds quite a bit

*Washes well. I spilled coffee on it, and was afraid it would lose its shape in the washing machine. But I washed it, let it air dry, and it came out good as new!

CONS:
*Though the color is nice and dark, any Mark's show up. Even water spots stain until washed

*Label patch on front looked tacky to me. Easily removed with a seam ripper on the front

*I found the zipper in the back meant for "quick and easy access to be useless. It is not large enough to remove anything bigger than a small tablet.

Overall I would highly recommend!

I am so picky! This is the 4th laptop work bag I have ordered in a week and the first that I have kept. I absolutely LOVE it. It's sturdy enough to stand and not flop over when packed. It's girly but not childish. It fits my laptop and other work essentials with room to spare.
