Love the design of this bottle. I have used it for pre/post workout drinks and for protein shakes, NO leaking while shaking and/or drinking! Bottle is sturdy, and really like that there is a rubber seal inside lid and the drink spout. The shaker ball and strainer inside help to break up and blend protein powder. The window with measurements is a plus. It's not insulated (in product Q &A), but a few ice cubes and using cold water helps to keep my drinks chilled. It's a great, portable bottle!
