This was not the first launcher I bought. I bought the blue and white "big name" competitor to this one and was very disappointed. I returned it the same day I received it and decided to give this one a try. I am so glad I did. This launcher works great! It is consistent and reliable. It doesn't have any issues with the balls getting jammed. My little 3.5 lb. Maltese learned to use it very quickly with some encouragement and treats. ( See pictures.) I wanted a launcher that just did what it was supposed to do so that my dog wouldn't get frustrated and give up on it. With this she knows that if she drops it in the hopper it IS going to launch a few seconds later.
I haven't had reason to use all the features this offers yet, but it does what I wanted and does it well. My dog loves it and therefore so do l.

This little machine is great! My puppy enjoys playing fetch and this just makes it easier for him to play. He brings it back to me and I just drop it in and there it goes followed by my happy little pup.

Great product. The fact that you can change the power of the launch makes it so that it can be used indoors as well. My dog loves it. Slowly she is learning how to place the ball beck in the machine but for now I help her out a little. This is great to keep her in shape and also helps since she is very energetic.
